Job Responsibilities:

• The Director, Enterprise Architect leads the University's EA practice, aligning business and technology strategies and overseeing architecture governance.
• They establish the data vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the university's mission. Responsible for EA across the University, including global sites.

Duties

• Lead the University's Enterprise Architecture practice
• Align business and technology strategies
• Develop and communicate architecture standards and policies
• Establish the data vision and roadmap
• Ensure alignment with the university's mission and objectives
• Oversee architecture governance programs
• Provide guidance on industry recognized architectural models and roadmaps
• Responsible for Enterprise Architecture across the University, including global sites.

Eligibility Requirements

• Experience in data modeling, data cleansing, data warehousing, ETL, and data integration
• Knowledge of agile and DevOps development methodologies
• Understanding of solution design, development, and the data life cycle
• Broad knowledge of information technology across infrastructure, applications, information, and security domains
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and its importance in defining organizational strategy
• Knowledge of data needs in large, complex organizations and the role of Enterprise Architecture in data management
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
• Leadership skills to manage teams and influence stakeholders in a distributed environment
• Ability to build relationships and trust across areas and organizational levels
• Familiarity with collaborative and consensus-based organizational environments.
